Name and brand creation/e-commerce
 
Create a name and brand identity for this new e-commerce start up venture which aims to sell text and academic books to the student community over the web. Distance the brand from its main competitors and create a unified branding solution which works consistently across conventional and new media
Hiom Macdonald created the name swotbooks.com not only to reflect the commercial offer, but to be protectable as a unique name. The descriptor "Low Cost Books for Clever Dicks" along with simple use of colour and retro styling has given the swotbooks branding a slightly irreverent twist. This attitude was developed across all printed communication items, as well as the actual web site
